Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation at Least 12 Hours Before Event Start Time:

  • If you cancel your participation in a speed dating event at least 12 hours before the event start time, you are eligible for a refund.

  • You will receive a refund to your original form of payment within 24 hours after the scheduled event.

2. Cancellation Within 12 Hours of Event Start Time:

  • If you cancel your participation within 12 hours of the event start time, you will not be eligible for a refund.

3. No-Show Policy:

  • If you do not attend the event and do not cancel in advance, you will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Cancel Your Participation

To cancel your participation in an event, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Candid Dating account.

  2. Navigate to your upcoming events.

  3. Select the event you wish to cancel.

  4. Click the “Unbook” button and follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.

Upon successful cancellation, we will process your refund to the original form of payment within 24 hours of the scheduled event and notify you via email.
